By carrying the anaerobic digestion biogas was produced from the waste from rotten and hotels. This was experimentally proved and the methane was produced of the order of 60m~3/day for our bath process. The main advantages of the process was, 1. The treated water was used for irrigation purposes. 2. The sludge was used as manure for plant. 3. The biogas proceed subtraction the present needs of fuel 4. A clean and smokeless kitchen environment. Because of the emphasis on energy conservation and recovery and detractingly of obtaining beneficial use of waste water, anaerobic digestion continues to be the dominant sludge stabilisation process and has proved very effective.
