摘要

A method of determining the thickness of aluminum foils using Bayesian probability methods was tested. The eddy current nondestructive approach was used to measure the thickness of samples. The impedance change of the coil versus frequency was used to monitor the foil thickness. The thickness range studied in this paper was from 70 microns to 421 microns. These experimental results were compared against analytical results.
