Laser Ultrasonics for Thin and Layered Structures

摘要

High resolution images can be made over wide areas using laser ultrasonic techniques and computational focusing following dispersion compensation. Dispersion compensation through back propagation provides an ability to image specific mode pairs for the incident and scattered sound while empirical filtering handles multiple modes simultaneously.
