摘要

A new mathematical model considering mass and heat transfer, intrapartical diffusion, partially wetted catalyst, catalyst geometry and deactivation of catalysts has been developed. For determination of the model parameters, such as effective diffusion coefficients, activity of catalysts and intrinsic kinetic constants the 10% HPA-solution was hydrogenated over Ni/SiO_2/Al_2O_3 catalyst powder and pellets in an autoclave and a pilot-trickle-bed. This model can be used to describe the experimental results of hydrogenation of HPA in the pilot-trickle-bed.
