In order to predict the spontaneous combustion in Donghuantuo coal wine exactly, the concentration of CO, C_2H_4 and C_2H_6 changed disciplinary with the temperature by the analysis of oxygenation under low temperature in experiment were described. According to the rules of selecting die identification gases, the gases and die data of oxygenation under low temperature were analyzed. The results show that at critical temperature 50°C, CO will appear, the quantity of CO augments sharply at 110 V as a monotone increasing curve. So between 50-350°C, the gas of CO fitted to forecast the spontaneous combustion, and the defects of other gases are analyzed. Because there exists CO in the coal seam of Donghuantuo coal mine, there must be amended when CO is used as the identification gas to predict spontaneous combustion and when the gas samples taken from die goaf are analyzed. Methods of concentration difference and the ICO (CO/△O_2) can eliminate the effect of the environment and the air leak when analyzing the state of the ablaze area, it is more accurate than used the single concentration of CO. It can help to die prediction of spontaneous combustion in Donghuantuo coal mine. It's valuable to the analysis for similar coal absorbing carbon monoxide, too.
