THE FIVE FORCES OF COMPETITION FOR THE ICT INDUSTRY IN EGYPT

摘要

This paper discusses the five forces of competition, namely, power of supplier, power of buyer, threat of new entrants, power of substitutes, power of competitors, applied to the ICT industry in Egypt with the aim of analyzing challenges, opportunities, resources, infrastructure and discussing government's strategies for different ICT services in Egypt for increased competitiveness.
