Soil HA standard (1S102H) and its electrophoretic fractions which possess different physical-chemical properties were analyzed on phytohormone-like activity using reddish seedlings primary root growth test at the concentrations 1mg/L and 10~(-3) mg/L. At both concentrations the hole IHSS HA sample stimulated increasing of primary root length, but only at the lowest concentration the induction was statistically significant. The same results were obtained for electrophoretic fractions A and B. On the other hand, fraction C+D demonstrated statistically significant inhibition of root growth at both concentrations investigated.
