There are two levels of teacher's knowledge, one is explicit, and the other one is tacit. Sarah(2000) emphasized the importance of professional value. The tacit level concerns their own professional values, for example, ‘What matters most to me as a teacher?’. It has been said that excellent teachers seem to have rich tacit knowledge and use it fully. The purpose of this study is to develop a tool which supports emerging teacher's tacit knowledge. The purpose of this study is to develop a tool which supports emerging teacher's tacit knowledge. In concrete terms we develop a reflection tool using an electronic blackboard and a teaching life log.
