摘要

The ductile cast iron containing (mass%) C3.82, Si2.46, Mn0.25, S0.026, P0.036, Mg0.051, RE0.022 was austenitized at 900°C for 1h, and then austempered at 370°C、400°C,430°C and 440°C. When austempering at 430°C for 1.5h, the bainitic ductile cast iron containing 9vol.% of residual autenite was obtained. The cast iron showed high tensile strength, wear resistance and excellent machineabitity.
