A rapid LC/MS/MS method has been developed for the determination of HPBCD in human plasma. The simplicity of the technique (protein precipitation) and its high selectivity for HPBCD renders this method particularly attractive. The assay exhibited a high degree of sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.
