One of the most important factors to consolidate the competitiveness of enterprises is close cooperation between manufacturers and distributors in current when the market is reorganized since information technologies have been developed. This study is aimed to verify that the application of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) to the operation of the optimum manufacturing system will lead to the reduction of stock, the prevention of defective parts, increase in sales through demand prediction, and the resolution of manufacturing enterprise problems. The operation of manufacturing system applying RFID technology results in more efficient services, more effective cooperation among enterprises, and benefits from concerted strategies of enterprises. The strengths of RFID have been demonstrated, but still many problems are identified in the technology itself. Thus, it is necessary to consider RFID to the operation of the optimum manufacturing system. In this paper, we deliberate that applying RFID to the consumer industry could be one of the important issues to.
