Analysis on the Design of Delivery Methods of the Construction Project

摘要

The design of project delivery method is focused on by the engineers and the scholars. Based on analysis of the construction of the transaction cost,the delivery method of the construction project is decomposing into procurement method and contract;influence factors of project delivery system are analyzed and the design frame and design procedure were put forward. Subsequently,change rules of project procurement method and contract along with the project product uncertainty were analyzed,and such analysis can be used to predict the selection or the design of project delivery method.
