Simultaneous Determination of Residues of Aminoglycosides Antibiotics in Milk by UHPLC LC/MS/MS with Triggered Multiple Reaction Monitoring

Although it has been found that not all target compounds can be analyzed with wide linear range, the use of this comprehensive UHPLC-MS/MS method for qualitative target screening has the potential to replace other complex sample preparation screening method. The method demonstrates fast and easy sample preparation combined tMRM which allows both qualitative and quantitate analysis of compounds at very low concentration levels. Detection limits of between 0.05 -5 ng/mL can be achieved. Moreover, total analysis can be carried out in 2 hours.
