Dielectric Testing with a Rotary Carousel

摘要

This paper presents alternative solutions for handling dielectric testing in production applications. The rotary carousel test system with multiple test sites performing tests simultaneously increases throughput and provides flexibility to meet virtually any requirement. The comparative-sequential test routine and task-specific test equipment reduces the overall cost of test and fixturing equipment by cutting the number of test sites normally required.
