Focusing on promoting the exergy analysis to more widely application, one of the national standards about exergy analysis method in the world, China National Standard GB/T 14909-94, Technical Guide of Exergy Analysis Method in Energy Utilization, and its revision work is presented in this paper. The details are deal with the main issues, the new data-system of element standard exergies, the generalized formulas about exergy-loss and efficiency for all sorts of processes and equipments, an auxiliary software EXECAL? (Exergy Calculator) for the calculation of exergy function, and a demonstration about the exergy analysis of cyclohexane production process etc.
