Logistics is identified one of the five pillar industries in Tianjin City. According to the Guideline of the Development of the Logistics in Tianjin, the infrastructure and the management system of the logistics system in Tianjin will be brought to international level in ten years to make Tianjin be the important central city of logistics in the Northeast Asia But at present, most of the logistics enterprises in Tianjin are medium and small-sized enterprises. The improvement of competence requires a shift from confrontational competition to cooperative competition. The formation of strategic alliance among enterprises is considered as the most effective organizational solution to facilitating such a shift. The thesis analyses the different modes of strategic alliance of logistics companies related with the current development in Tianjin City. By the means of the newest technique in recent years, especially the application of Internet, the thesis points out that dynamic alliance model is the most suitable form for logistics companies in Tianjin.
