The paper concerns a role of current filaments appearing in high-current pulsed discharges of the Plasma-Focus (PF) and Z-pinch type. Different filamentary configurations, i.e. a homogenous pinch column, 6-12 linear filaments upon the cylindrical surface, and a funnel-like configuration of several filaments, are considered and local values of magnetic field are computed. Trajectories of fusion-produced protons are analyzed under an assumption that 3.05-MeV protons are emitted stochastically in all directions from point-sources distributed inside the pinch column. Angular distributions of these protons are computed, and it is shown that influence of the filaments cannot be neglected, particularly at higher discharge currents (> 350 kA).
