Metasynthesis Methodology of Technology and Management for New Product Development Project of Petrochemical Enterprises

摘要

New Product Development (NPD) becomes more and more important for petrochemical enterprises to keep their competitive power. The NPD project of the petrochemical enterprises should carry out feasibility study according to the metasynthesis methodology of technology and management for the NPD Project in process industry proposed in this paper. Only when the market forecast suggests that the project be preliminary feasible, the technological and economical optimization can be carried out for the NPD project. Technological and economical optimization program of the NPD project is suggested. A life cycle model for the technological and economical optimization of the NPD project is proposed. A case study is given to illustrate the methodology.
