A new deoxidation technology has been developed for metallurgical process, in which no any inclusion will be introduced after deoxidation and a clean steel will be obtained. This new technique is simple and flexible, it can be used in various cases in metallurgical process. A theoretical formula has been used to describe this process and a good agreement has been reached between experiment and theoretical calculation.
