The Research on Relation Between Land Resource Utilization and Water and Soil Conservation in Developing the West of China

摘要

This paper is according to the question about the land resources utilization and the situation of soil and water erosion in the west under today's social economy conditions, discussing what is reasonable land utilization and what is unreasonable land utilization. We think with the development of the social economy land resources would be tend to multiplex. At the beginning of exploiting and using land resources, the key to resolve the land resources reasonable use is to the controlling work of soil and water conservation.
