We have developed a measurement method for cell gap and twist angle of reflective LCD. This method can precisely measure cell gap and twist angle of reflective LCD by introducing a quarter-wave plate to observe polarization of reflective light from LCD. No sample rotation of this method is a great advantage in mapping observation of reflective LCD. We demonstrated a performance of this method by measuring a sample cell of a reflective LCD.
