A recently developed technique elsewhere allows PDPs to be driven at a field frequency of 360Hz, each field provided with 9 subfields. In this paper, a technique is introduced with which motional artifacts such as blurring and dynamic false contours are reduced. Influences of motion detection error to the perceived images are also examined.
