In this paper we present a low-temperature polysilicon thin-film transistor (LT Polysilicon TFT) pixel driver circuit for use in active-matrix organic light emitting displays (AMOLEDs). The key component is a self-biased comparator, which provides pulse-width modulated (PWM) greyscales. The circuit performance is independent of the threshold voltage variation of the polysilicon TFTs fabricated low-temperature process. We also present two driving schemes and a method to achieve gamma compensation.
