Title: The Establishment of Cityscape: The Nippon Taisho-Mura Practice- The Process to Shape the Cityscape under the Lack of an Agreement and Regulation for Cityscape

摘要

The Town of Akechi where Nippon Taisho-Mura is included, is located in the southeastern Gifu Prefecture. I had researched its cityscape in 1988,and in 2001. There have not been any agreements of cityscape in it, and I compare the cityscapes between in 1988 and in 2001. I will find the way how to establish the cityscape with soft controls in this paper.
