A SMART PLATFORM FOR DYNAMIC ENTERPRISES COLLABORATION

Current economical and industrial worldwide context asks for an agile and efficient development of collaborating networked enterprises. More and more future manufacturing organizations and networks will be virtual ecosystems in which a large number of Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs are involved in order to create new businesses. In this context, a platform that allows creating flexible and agile communication and collaboration is required. Several research works and projects, as the IMAGINE european project, propose new approaches, methodologies and technical solutions to build this kind of new generation platforms for collaborative and dynamic networked enterprises. The main goal of this paper is to show how we can enhance Dynamic Manufacturing Networks platforms such as the IMAGINE platform in order to make it smart and autonomic by adding mechanisms to allow not only a semantic reconciliation between partners that share heterogeneous services, but also to make the platform more secure and scalable.
