Amorphous silicon infrared photodetector working at room temperature

摘要

In this work we report on the detection at room temperature of near and medium infrared radiation by using amorphous silicon structures. The device is similar to a p-i-n structure, where the central layer is a material including very low concentrations of phosphorous and boron atoms.
