摘要

According to the Stat. of the biggish accidents to electrostatic field of petroleum, the accident happened when loading oil for railroad tank took up the first placebos it is great important to study the electrostatic field during loading petrologic product. According to the basis equations of the electrostatic field and the characteristics of the electrostatic field's boundary about railroad tank, the model used to calculate the electrostatic field was set up and work out by successive over relaxation method. The result indicates that the electric potential of the fluid surface changes with the ascending fluid level and its maximal value comes forth within the range between 1/2and 3/4 of the volume of the railroad tank. This variational trend accords with the datum by experiment. Thereunder the model, an integrated simulative software was developed. This software can provide with scientific foundation in order to design safely and forecast danger.
