摘要

In this paper, we study the initiation behaviour of the plastic bonded TATB insensitive explosive (ρ= 1.90g/cm~3) initiated by hemispherical train of high explosive at environmental temperature of 20°C,-30°C and -54°C respectively. By means of section plane experiment method and electrical pins measurement technique, the process of increase (or attenuation) of detonation wave velocity (or shock wave velocity) in explosive is recorded. The experimental results show that with the decreasing environmental temperature, the initiation behaviour of TATB changes remarkably.
