摘要

Xiaoliuguo copper-bearing low grade scheelite ores are characterised by abundant reserve, complexity in ore’s property, difficulty in mineral processing and very strict requirement for environment protection. After years of research from laboratory test, pilot test up to industrial test, a new flow sheet with high separation efficiency and basically zero discharge of waste water has been developed. The new flow sheet includes: adoption of selective frother-collector DY in copper-pyrite separation; using GYW – a new kind of modified fatty acid collector in scheelite roughing in Na_2CO_3 + Na_2SiO_3 medium; non-desliming and non-desorption of reagents prior to scheelite cleaning; improvement of ‘Petrov method’ in scheelite cleaning at elevated temperature; gravity recovery of fine scheelite particles from tailings of scheelite cleaning operation by table; realisation of zero discharge of waste water by recycling after its suitable treatment. A quite good metallurgical performance is achieved in commercial operation with environment-friendly result.
