THE GENETIC MODEL OF URANIUM DEPOSITS IN VOLCANIC BASINS OF THE WEST SECTION OF THE YANLIAO METALLOGENETIC BELT

The given area is located on the north Hebei plateau covered by thick and vast Quaternary System. It is tectonically in the long-term uplifting area of the northern margin of the Sino-Korean paleoplatform and its northern part is adjacent to Hinggan Ling-Mongolian Paleozoic geosynclinal folded belt. It is at the superimposed part of long-term anicent Tianshan-Yinshan latitudinal tectonic belt and Mesozoic NNE Da Hinggan Ling volcanic belt of the Circum-Pacific tectonic domain. It is in the north-west margin of the North China intercontinental rift system since late-Mesozoic Era. From the view point of the deep geotectonic structure, it is on the gradient zone from mantle upwarping mantle downwarping. In a word, the area is the focus of conflict of crust-mantle tectonism. As a whole, the particular tectonic environment defines the basic framework and characteristics of the geological structures and evolution of the area, i.e. the crust-mantle tectonism decides the complication and varieties of the structural activity and stability of the area.
