The use of copper zinc tin sulfide compound thin film as an absorber layer in solar cell

摘要

Characterization and synthesis of CU2ZnSnS4 thin film is the main theme of this study. CZTS thin films are fabricated on glass substrate. This sample are annealed at 300C° for one hour. Transmittance and absorbance of the thin film was calculated from optical data recorded on spectrometer. From voltage current characteristics, the resistance and resistivity of the sample were calculated.
