With China’s accession to the WTO, China’s logistics enterprises are facing great challenges in the context of digital economy. How to develop China’s logistics has become the focus of many people. In the context of economic globalization, the key for enterprises to establish competitive advantage has shifted from the “first profit source” of raw material saving and the “second profit source” of improving labor productivity to the “third profit source” of establishing efficient logistics system. However, due to the shortage of resources and capabilities of Chinese logistics enterprises and their limitations in transportation, distribution, warehouse management and other fields, Chinese logistics enterprises compete with the same quality and have poor economies of scale. Under the current situation, only by changing the service mode of logistics enterprises and increasing service innovation can China’s logistics industry be changed and developed.
