MOOC is a new curriculum model in the field of open education in recent years, which has the characteristics of openness, large-scale, self-organization, and sociality. With the continuous popularization and application of MOOC teaching, its classroom teaching quality has been paid more and more attention by educational managers and participants, and the influence of MOOC teaching effectiveness has also attracted the attention of many scholars. On the basis of the existing research, this paper concludes that the influencing factors of MOOC teaching effectiveness are investment time, curriculum content, chapter objectives, curriculum objectives, education level, learning motivation, learning time, learning participation, and academic examination, and based on DEMATEL method to explore the relationship among the factors, find out that the main factors affecting the effectiveness of MOOC teaching are teaching content, teaching objectives, learner types, and learner input. The cause degree was 1.456, 0.343, 0.771, and 0.497, respectively. At the same time, in view of the key factors affecting the effective teaching of MOOC and the existing problems, this paper puts forward that the effectiveness of MOOC teaching can be guaranteed from the following aspects: the effectiveness of teaching objectives and contents, the effectiveness of teaching interaction, the fundamental premise of careful teaching design, and the improvement of the learning input of MOOC learners as an important guide, in order to improve the defects of MOOC teaching and perfect the MOOC teaching effectiveness system.
