Firstly, the paper based on vehicle GPS data, combined with wind power operation and maintenance business scenarios, SOM clustering method is used to establish the extension network structure of wind turbine. Then, Dijkstra algorithm is used to find the optimal path between units, so as to solve the problem of road planning between units in the operation and maintenance of wind farm. Finally, it reduces the operation and maintenance cost caused by the travel time, and improves the operation and maintenance efficiency.
