1.Assessing EVs and power stations as an integrated system and evaluating the CO_2 emissions of Well to Wheel, CO_2 emissions can be reduced more effectively by spreading hybrids than EVs.2.Since CO_2 emissions are determined by the original energy sources of the electricity, the hydrogen, and the liquid fuel, it cannot be said that EV/FCV runs on carbon neutral. A large amount of surplus electricity is generated by the spread of renewable energy, so if use e-fuel, the conventional engine can also run on carbon neutral.3.Advantage of EVs is not because of no exhaust gas, but of attractiveness for quiet, smooth and comfortable driving. Therefore, the realization of a series hybrid car is an effective way to reduce overall CO_2 emission, because it's achievable both CO_2 emission reduction and comfortable driving .4.There is a Potentiality that 2-stroke engine can be applied to series hybrids with a narrow operating range. In addition, there is another Potentiality of reviving the opposed piston engine with high thermal efficiency.
