摘要

From transactional to relational, the paradigms and currents used to clarify inter-organizational relations have developed in order to build a structure to which each current, based on its own principles, has made its contribution to explain exchange relations. This transit is marked by the introduction of new factors integrating social aspects alongside those economic allowing to develop and maintain successful exchange relations between the parties, synonymous with loyalty. This paper which adopts a dual approach aims to explain the loyalty between actors by transactional and relational factors of the inter-organizational relation in a specific context, that of industrial relations of the agro-food sector in Morocco. We will proceed with a hypothetical-deductive approach giving rise to a conceptual model which will be the subject of a test within the framework of a quantitative study carried out in the agro-food sector. The results of the study will allow maintaining that the transactional and relational determinants of RIO s impact the quality of service which helps foster interactor loyalty.
