In the context of joint tactical communication, traditional single-hop ultrashort wave networking has been unable to meet communication needs due to the large operational area and complex geographical environment. Aiming at the problem that the first-level communication node and its secondary communication node are interrupted due to long distance or obstacle blocking, the frequency reuse scheme based on the secondary communication node is designed and proposed. The disconnection reconnection mechanism is based on the reconnection and the genetic algorithm is used for the frequency planning of the relay node. The invention solves the problem that the traditional algorithm has a prohibitive time complexity and the selected frequency has a large cumulative interference value.
