摘要

In present information system risk quality synthetic evaluation, for appraised the information system risk condition, the weight determination method generally uses various targets weight with "Method of Point Rating by Expert", but it says regarding the information system risk whole using function that when 1 ~ 2 important targets special dangerous, if the power value is invariable throughout, this cannot be realistic, and prominent question correct degree, its result owes fair. This article introduces changing the value of the weight determination method, causes the weight coefficient refer to the value be changed by the space and time transformation. Takes the different value under the different condition, even more conforms to the information system risk actual condition description, can effectively solve as a result of that theappraisal targets are too many to the appraisal result be unreasonable phenomenon which it causes.
