The author gives a general view of the current state of thetechnical development of casting equipment, with particular emphasis onthe nonpolluting processing of cast resins. For example, when moderntwo-component equipment is used, cleaning with a flushing agent orsolvent is no longer necessary. Examples of casting equipment developedfor applications ranging from small series up to mass production ofsmall parts are presented
