Early warning systems using dynamics system for social empowerment society environment

Early warning for disaster risk reduction should be carried out accurately using advanced techniques. The key to the success of this system is to build awareness of warning risks, build relationships with stakeholders, and strive to improve the capacity of the authorities and increase public awareness to react well to disasters. To accelerate community resilience in the face of disasters, the process of knowledge transfer is conducted in various ways, including through skills training, courses, seminars, workshops and simulations using guidelines, standard of care, practical experience, local knowledge, and with various media such as face to face. The method consists of four stages of causal diagrams, making flow diagrams, simulations, and validation of simulation results. By performing simulations to disaster risk reduction at the community, in an emergency when a disaster events, as well as other conditions associated with anticipation and mitigation.
