Mobile application business plan to assist travel planning

摘要

The mobile application business plan was intended to solve the problem often faced by travelers in planning their trip. This business plan includes development of the business model, mobile application with proposed features, and also its financial sustainability plan. In this paper, the authors use methods such as Business Model Canvas, Five Forces Analysis by Porter, and Financial Analysis include Return of Investment (RoI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period. The mobile application will complement the business plan with the proposed features such as trip suggestion and other supporting features (hotel, restaurant, tour spot, news, and tourism event).
