Methodologies and Software for Creating Audiovisual Open Educational Resources

This paper presents a compilation of methodologies and applications for the creation of Audiovisual Open Educational Resources. In particular, the objective of the paper is to help and guide all those teachers who wish to involve themselves into educational videos management. To do this, we focus on the one hand on the different methodologies to be used and on the other on the software to be used, addressing both the video capture and its subsequent edition. As for the latter, applications for mobile and desktop devices are presented, and for Windows, Mac OS, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems; as well as extensions for web browsers and purely online resources, and recording systems in the classroom.
