This paper explores growing public and organizational interest incommercialization of products based on revolutionary technologies suchas nanotechnology and biotechnology. International knowledge dynamicsand organizational participation is analyzed. The analysis concludesthat learning has occurred and that at least with respect tonanotechnology we begin to see the reality of global integration
