Investigation on the Present Situation of University Teachers’ Scientific Research Pressure under the Background of Information

Universities are gradually realizing information education. Information technology makes research more convenient, but teachers in colleges and universities are still facing great pressure from scientific research. In order to understand the current scientific research pressure status of university teachers, this study designed the “Questionnaire Survey of University Teachers’ Research Pressure Situation”, using a convenient sampling method to distribute questionnaires online. A total of 208 valid questionnaires were obtained. Using the data description and chi-square test method in the SPSS software to analyze the digitized survey results. The survey results show that college teachers have less scientific research output but are willing to engage in scientific research. Research project application and scientific research workload are currently the biggest pressures. Therefore, the school should create a good and relaxed scientific research environment, and teachers should maintain a good psychological state and reduce their own research pressure.
机译:高校正在逐步实现信息教育。信息技术使研究更加便捷,但是高校教师仍然面临着来自科研的巨大压力。为了了解大学教师当前的科研压力状况,本研究设计了“大学教师研究压力状况问卷调查”,并采用一种方便的抽样方法在网上分发问卷。共获得208份有效问卷。使用SPSS软件中的数据描述和卡方检验方法分析数字化调查结果。调查结果表明,高校教师科研成果较少,但愿意从事科研工作。研究项目的应用和科研工作量是当前最大的压力。因此,学校应营造良好而宽松的科研环境,教师应保持良好的心理状态,减轻自身的研究压力。
