Optimality levels assessment for microgrid electricity generation and consumption processes becomes especially relevant within Demand Side Management (DSM) creation and its mechanisms, the formation of management and control rules for multi-agent systems with the development of appropriate multi-agent control systems. Therefore, there is a need to assess optimality of the generation and the consumption modes from the same positions, paying attention not only to electricity quality but to the quality of energy supply. It is proposed to use the Frieze reactive power QF.
