With the constant development of sports scientization, the combination between sports information management and informatization technology is increasingly close. Sports information development will be a future tendency. By analyzing relevant references of domestic and overseas sports fields in information management system application, the author summarized the application status of sports information management system and pointed out some problems and development prospects of information management system application in this field.
