This paper analyzes the source and generation principle of passive intermodulation (PIM), and gives a case analysis of spacecraft wireless communication system PIM. During system EMC design, through frequency planning, material selection, and construction technology, test screening can be used to avoid the occurrence of PIM and the impact on the communication system to the greatest extent. This paper has certain reference and significance for the design of spacecraft wireless communication system.
