Relationship Between Psychological Capital and Employability of Poor College Students

Based on the questionnaire of positive psychological capital (PPQ) and the self-test form of College Students' employability, we distributed 1000 questionnaires from some universities in Guangdong Province, and collected 264 poor college students. The results show that: (1) the psychological capital and employment ability of poor college students are in the middle level, but they are significantly lower than those of non poor college students; there are significant differences in gender, grade, source of students, whether they are the only child or not, poverty degree and other variables respectively; (2) the overall positive psychological capital of poor college students and the level of each factor can predict their employment Ability level. (3) Colleges and poor students can develop their psychological capital through some measures to enhance their employability.
