As the company's core assets, equipment's stable and reliable quality is an important prerequisite for the company's development and grid security. Under the new situation and new requirements, equipment quality management must strengthen the foundation, innovate and break through, solve some long-standing old problems, and respond the new challenges brought by the current challenges fully support the implementation of the company's development strategy. This article focuses on the improvement of equipment quality management, systematically studies the current internal and external situations facing quality management, summarizes the related effectiveness of past management and points out the problems.
