摘要

This paper develops a system simulation model of MSW disposal system based on the System Dynamics. Waste Classification Recovery Rate, Estimate Time and Construction Scale of waste disposal plants are selected as the sensitivity factors to operate the dynamic simulation. The operation result of the system simulation model shows that (1) the WCRR impacts on the local fiscal expenditure mostly, the higher the WCRR, the less the fiscal expenditure; (2) the construction time and scale have less impact on the fiscal expenditure.
